Sewage sludge as a fertilizer

Sewage when combined with flyash can be a fertilizer. The sludge is ground and mixed with already fine flyash and made into pellets, branded and properly packaged and sold. The fertilizer can be used to regenerate forests since most soils are de-mineralized. Charcoal and activated charcoal may be immersed in the liquid left after removal of sewage sludge, biochar is an accepted soil amendment. It could be supplied to gardens too. When steam sterilized, it may be used for agricultural crops.
